The Healthcare Design Awards celebrate the very best developments in healthcare. The awards recognise innovation and excellence in healthcare design as well as the positive impact good design can have for the quality of care for residents.

The Art of Taste

On arrival at the awards dinner, guests were presented with a box of luxury chocolate truffles from Shackletons.

Our Loxley fixed back sofa graced the stage which was upholstered in the striking Timorous Beasties Intaglio fabric from Panaz, which set the stage for a dazzling evening for the winners to be revealed and presented with their awards.

The awards were presented by designer Wayne Hemmingway MBE.

Healthcare Design Awards Winners 2024

The winners for the six categories were:

Best Architectural Design – Ashton Manor, Lancaster

Best Interior Design – Lakeview Grange, Chichester

Best Exterior Space – Loveday Abbey Road, London

Best Specialist or Dementia Care Design  – Arbour Walk, Bristol

Best Primary Care Design – Victoria Medical Centre, Eastbourne

Best Acute Care Design – The Catkin Centre and Sunflower House – Alder Hey Children’s Hospital
