Our knowledgeable and helpful customer care team provide advice and support throughout the sales process and beyond. They can consult on products, fabrics and technical information including sending fabric and wood samples to enable customers to decide on the final product specifications. They rigorously check every order to ensure we have interpreted the customer requirements correctly. Once the order has been confirmed, the team are on hand to keep customers updated on delivery and work closely with the logistics team to ensure a seamless delivery and installation. Following delivery, the team are available to answer any questions and provide support.

For peace of mind, our furniture is covered by a 5-year comprehensive guarantee. Covering parts and labour from the date of delivery, our guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials providing the product is used under the conditions for which it was designed and used for its intended purpose.
