Healthcare furniture manufacturer Shackletons have expanded their customer service department by appointing Adam Critchley as a lead Project Manager.

Using his previous career in IT systems management, Adam will be responsible for the smooth running of the company’s large customer contracts ensuring that delivery and installation expectations are met.
