Residents at Danecroft Residential Care Home are the lucky winners of the ultimate comfy seat – a Shackletons high back chair.
As part of a nationwide competition to bring comfort to all care homes, Shackletons announced that the dementia and residential care home in the Bedfordshire village of Wilstead had won the bespoke patchwork chair for residents.
As luck would have it the winning care home had recently decorated their lounge making the chair the perfect complement to the bright and airy colour scheme for residents and visitors to enjoy.
Salina Ballard, home manager at Danecroft, part of St Andrews Care Homes says: “I’d like to thank you for our lovely chair, it has pride of place in our newly decorated lounge. Thank you from all at Danecroft.”
