Your account manager will assess your requirements and coordinate delivery across the UK and Ireland. New-build and refurbishment projects are overseen by a senior project manager, managing logistics, installation, furniture placement and final sign-off.
For new build and refurbishment projects
Pre-delivery, our team will:
- Confirm the furniture specification and placement plan.
- Assess site access, lift availability and room readiness where required.
- Liaise with the on-site management team.
- Prepare delivery and installation schedules.
- Coordinate fitters and project resources.
- Provide site-specific health and safety documentation.
On the day of delivery and installation, we will:
- Provide an on-site senior project manager where required.
- Deliver using our own liveried fleet and DBS-checked drivers.
- Check, assemble and position furniture according to the agreed plan.
- Remove and, where possible, reuse or recycle protective packaging.
- Complete a final walk-through, client sign-off and handover.
