Based at our West Yorkshire head office, the customer care team provides a consistent point of contact throughout your project. They can advise on furniture, fabrics, finishes and technical specifications, arrange fabric and wood samples, and carefully check every order before production.
Once your order is confirmed, they will provide updates and work closely with our logistics team to coordinate delivery and installation. Support continues after delivery should you need further assistance.
Five-year comprehensive furniture guarantee
For added peace of mind, our furniture includes a five-year guarantee covering parts and labour for defects in materials or workmanship, provided it is used as intended and under the conditions for which it was designed. Full terms and conditions are available on request.
