We are currently recruiting for Edge Band Operators.

This role is based at our cabinetry factory in Morley, Leeds.

Main Duties

• Operate, calibrate, adjust, and maintain edge bander.
• Quality control finished edge banding.
• Ensure that there is proper adhesion.
• Ensure that flat and radius edges are set properly.
• Maintain all materials, tools, and logs for edge banding.
• Understand and perform all operational and safety procedures.
• Know all proper operational temperatures, pressures, and deflections.
• Understand and be able to make all key adjustments.
• Adhere to maintenance, service, and parts logs for edge bander.
• Maintain strict adherence to cleaning, lubricating, and maintenance of machine.
• Be able to operate different wood working tools, such as hand router, panel saw, drill press, palm sander, 12v impact gun, 12v drill gun.
• Maintain a clean area and positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned
