Role Overview

The Customer Care Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Shackletons’ clients across both standard and bespoke projects. This position manages day-to-day customer communication, quote/order processing, and coordination between departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this team-driven position.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Manage product and general enquiries, offering accurate information and guidance.
  • Log enquiries and client updates accurately within the CRM system.
  • Process quotations and orders efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Book in deliveries and liaise with logistics to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Communicate and coordinate raw material delays, production updates, and order amendments.
  • Support aftersales care by resolving issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with production, sales, and project teams to maintain workflow continuity.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, coordination, or administration role (preferably within manufacturing environment).
  • Experience managing customer enquiries, orders, or logistics coordination is desirable.
  • Strong IT literacy; CRM experience advantageous.
