Role Overview
The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of complex, bespoke cabinetry and upholstery projects, ensuring each stage runs smoothly from quotation through to completion.
Working closely with clients and internal teams, this role involves preparing detailed pricing schedules, referencing project plans and technical drawings. The Project Coordinator acts as the key link between customers, the project management team, and commercial functions – maintaining clear communication, accuracy, and organisation throughout the process.
This position suits someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple bespoke projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bespoke project quotes and orders for cabinetry and upholstery.
- Prepare and maintain pricing schedules in line with client requirements.
- Liaise directly with clients to confirm specifications, handle amendments, and communicate changes clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management and Commercial teams to ensure smooth information flow and on-time delivery.
- Process and update orders and project data within internal systems.
- Monitor project progress, flagging any delays or material issues proactively.
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and client communication.

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, customer service, or administration (preferably within manufacturing, interiors, or bespoke furniture).
- Understanding of bespoke production processes or technical documentation is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong numerical and data management skills.
