As the HR Co-ordinator at Shackletons, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team of over 100 individuals. You will work closely with managers to implement and administer various HR programs, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee development, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers in the selection process.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement:
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
- Assist in the development of training programs to support employee growth.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure compliance with policies.
- Assist in the performance review process.
- Maintain performance appraisal records and provide support to managers and employees.
- Support company initiatives related to community outreach and involvement.
- Contribute to the implementation of corporate social responsibility programs.
