Our Customer Care Department is staffed by experts who can guide you from your initial enquiry, to delivery and beyond, and a dedicated Customer Care Advisor provides one point of contact and the personal service you deserve.

If you need to discuss your requirements in more detail, a Regional Sales Manager dedicated to your account will be delighted to visit you at your premises.

Our Customer Care Department aims to:

  • respond to all queries within 1 hour
  • process quotations within 24 hours
  • process orders within 24 hours, and provide confirmation
  • within 48 hours
  • resolve all product and repair issues within 14 days
